How do we form mission-shaped local churches that re-engage the places where their people live and work with a missional DNA? This workshop introduces the basic ideas of missional church by providing a simple, clear outline of how a local church can begin the journey.

This is a critical workshop for all church leaders and an excellent way of introducing the conversation across a local church. Based on a variety of resources Allelon has developed in working with churches over the past several years this Workshop will:

1. Introduce the themes of missional change.
2. Lead people through the Three Zone Model. 
3. Provide a summary of the Missional Change Model.
4. Introduce the Church 360.
5. Summarize the steps and processes in innovating missional life in a local church and among a cluster of churches based on the model below:
