Roxburgh Missional Network

For over 10 years now, we have worked with churches, pastors, executive leaders, teams and boards to create listening conversations about the skills, capacities and pass-on-able habits required for  innovating missional life in congregations and among leaders at all levels.   A key tool in this process of innovating missional life are the 360 Surveys. 

What is a 360?

Here is what our 360s are not;

• Not an evaluation tool that compares or measures against a standard set of expectations or best practices. It is designed to avoid this form of assessment.
• Does not evaluate you beside others. It is not designed to meet the criteria of a social scientist designing a survey for research.

• Like ‘taking a photo’ at one moment in time.
• A resource for dialogue about where you as a leader is right now in terms of the skills and capacities for forming missional life. 
• A resource for dialogue about where a local church, or a system of local churches, sees itself right now in terms of readiness for fresh expressions of mission-shaped life.
