Coaching is a partnership and process that supports the learning and development of new skills; it is a relationship that enables you to problem solve with just-in-time learning that develops your performance as a leader. RMN has a team of coaches experienced in working with leaders at the national, regional and local levels of the church. We believe a well designed coaching relationship accelerates all the processes of transformation, provides support and confidence to leaders as they learn new skills and test new processes while giving them immediate, dynamic feedback for their own specific ministry context.
Who We Work With
The RMN team works with local pastors, regional and judicatory leaders as well as the leaders of national church organizations. Our focus is on the individual leader and their personal development. We have extensive experience in assisting such leaders to understand the dynamics of their own leadership in their current position as well as the ways of resourcing them in developing the requisite skills to manage and lead their organization in a time of massive change.
We also have a wealth of experience in coaching local church groups through the process of missional transformation. Using the facilities of webinars and video conferencing we are able to provide local church boars and leadership teams with the kinds of regular coaching resources that assist them catalyze transformation in their systems.
